Annual Friendly Cricket match with Old Thomians Colombo branch was held on last 19th at Buddadasa Stadium, Pelawatta.
The day was opened by the two chief guests Mr. Udaya Sri Kariyawasam, Chairman of Insustrial Development Board (IDB) (A brilliant Past Pupil of ST Thomas college, Matale) and Mr. Udaya Senevirathne, Secretary, Sports Ministry(A brilliant past pupil of Matale Science college).

We won the cricket match(T 20) against Matale old Thomians by 8 wickets. Batting first, Thomians scored 59 fall out and we managed 60 for 2 in 14 overs.The day was memorable with many fun activities.Spirit of Scientists really showed again by winning Tag-o-War too against Thomians' team.
Hundreds of Science College and Thomian past pupils attended the event.
